Crab

Crab

Postby Storm » 19 Apr 2010, 14:13

I have been given some frozen crab, that have already been cooked.
Would anyone have some suggestions on how I could thaw it so I can enjoy it without the risk of overcooking it?
Do I just throw it in salted boiling water?..........

Fresh cooked crab ...(even in a frozen state)...yummm!
We live on it here on the west coast.
Yes...just throw it into a pot of lightly salted boiling water until heated...or you can steam it if you have a steamer.
Here is the way to remove the meat.

I enjoy it with a bit of lemon.
Enjoy.
