Yes, ...if this is the case, "throw-ups" might be more effective than "push-ups" or "sit-ups".

Midget tossing.
Although, since the local production of "The Wizard of Oz" started touring, the shortage of midgets has really thrown me for a loop.
I guess it'll be back to pud-pulling until next spring.
Got to keep myself hard and strong, the ladies seem to like that sort of thing.

Mountain Hiking. I used to love to run -- on the track team in High School, up to the level of running in marathons in my 40s, but to keep it up I used ta have to spend about 3 days out of every week to maintain competitive status --- mah career got in the way. Then it was lifting weights, and ah got sorta addicted to it -- again, a lot of time spent at the gym. I still wanna develop a routine for the gym, but in the meantime, hiking in the mountains at least keeps the weight down. And the doggies love it. The rattle snakes and gila monsters are out, here in AZ, though. The doggies are trained to avoid them, but the snakes still scare the sh*t out of me when they pop up right next to us. I've gotten within striking distance at least twice during the last year. Snakes have a bad reputation -- they ain't as bad as folks make em out ta be. I wear boots, been bitten on the boot 3 times -- one time they had to cut the boot off, to keep the fangs away from skin. But it was my fault, not the snake's. Had my head up my ass. Snakes was only trying to defend itself.

Being on top... great work out for the thighs :)
I have decided not to use any signature at all... until I find one so revoltingly disgusting that it offends all who read.

Favorite and exercise are mutually exclusive in my world... ;)

My sister talking me into going to a Zumba class tonight.
It was really fun, but it made me realize how rarely I bother to go out dancing these days.
I'll be going back. :D
