WEEEEEELLLLLL, hands up who's having some??

I've got my handyman coming over to put some window locks on for me this eve so I'll be bribing him with pancakes.

Hearty Whole Wheat Pancakes

1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
2 tsp B powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 cups milk
2 tbsp melted butter/marg, or oil

Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. add beaten egg to milk
(and oil now if using.)
Add the liquids to the dry ingredients; blending well.
Fold in melted butter/marg
(if not using oil). Cook on hot oiled griddle flip once.
