I fully intend to (maybe with a slight break to argue with my internet provider, lol).

My services went down last friday, the engineer finally arrived yesterday and got my phone working I am now awaiting delivery of a new router, strangely enough the fault co-incided with a change of provider but both ends are blaming an exchange fault, good job I had the dongle or I would have been suffering from nettus interruptus and been a very unhappy ephin!

I just want them to replace their modem to restore the speed I had and am paying for, shouldn't be a big deal, right? Not after days on the phone and all companies agreeing, finally, it's the modem. No biggie, right? Aggggghhhhh.

^^Ahhhh....a slight sulk on the happy thread..well, it's all connected, right? Hope they sort it out and quickly for you, joy!

I'm 'happy' because I'm right in line for this hurricane moving up the east coast, if it stays on the track it is now.
I'm on the outer Cape - a mile from the Atlantic Ocean - so we'll see what happens between 9pm tonight and 2am, when it hits here...
if it does as they are predicting.

I was in the big hurricane that hit this part of the country in 1991, though not living here then, but on a summer visit with family,
returning to England a few days later....and this one does not sound anything near as strong as that one was...we'll see...
I'll be happy if I can find a place to park my car that's not under or near any trees. :?

oh my god, what happened to me??? I've turned into one of 'those' who covet their car! :shifty:

I am with Moon today ... mixed feelings

I am happy today because it is my birthday

I am sad today because it is another year passed with no love life in sight :confusion-helpsos: *sending out a signal to the man universe*

Ahhh...happy birthday savona! Imagine this playing the violin birthday concerto for you! (if there is such a thing) :violin:

Thank you, Roxy, for your thoughts...should be interesting and exciting...and I have a feeling it will not be a real danger...
as we all know, the news tends to exaggerate just a tad (and tone down other things we should be told!)

Well, since writing earlier, I am really happy because I've just succeeded in booking the flights for my younger son (16) to spend
Christmas week with his sister and her fiancee' over the pond in Exeter! (been his heart's wish since saying goodbye to her nearly a month ago
after our spending 3 weeks together on this side of the ocean).... And what's equally wonderful is his wages are paying for most of it!!
