Ahhhh.....great idea, Storm....I spoke with ambien last night about this also and she suggested using the browser firefox, which I also have on my laptop, and sure enough, it's trouble free....but it seemed to me there must be a way to be able to access and use the new icons on IE (as I prefer IE since it's what I'm used to)....
So, I've just tried it as you suggest with ignoring the box of emoticons that comes up at first above, and instead click on the box of writing with pofusers at the bottom of the screen, and, voila...it works!!
BUT ONLY IF I DO IT FIRST THING BEFORE ANY WRITING....I just tried it, and it worked at first, but then I wanted to change it, so I tried to click on it again, and then it would not work.....
So, it seems, as long as I know which one I want to use, put it in the post first, and then can lower it in the posting box and write above it....then it seems to be ok...but, honestly, all that seems to sort of take the fun out of using them...
Guess I better start getting familiar with firefox after all.
