Get rid of the Trollpit..because until you do this site will die a little each day..I for one do not want my posts to be copied and pasted onto that site, It is Vile!..It is wrong!..some of the posts are insane ranting of people that will have a knock on effect to the extent both of these site will be closed down IMO...
The troll pit served its purpose at the beginning, to attack/attract people that was pissed off with the rules on POF..but all it did was create a feeding frenzy of trolls that had personal grudges of a million years ago..
I personally think if the troll pit is closed down this site would come alive again and be able to stand on its own two feet without the 'thorne in its side' holding it back...I have posted a thread in the general chat and it started out to be fun..but now it has turned back to the old argument of the TP.. there are very unhappy users on this site...Now you can either go with what the users want or keep sweeping this matter under the carpet by deleting all these threads on the matter...
I know you may be concerned about the 'trolls' returning to this site..but if they do..block them..simple enough..
Also there is guest posting on the TP.. and I bet the majority of them are 4 regular posters trying to get one up on each other.. it is stomach churning reading..
I would not invite my friends to this place..I would be too ashamed of what it is attached to!

As I much as I hate to agree with Storm as she's obviously a bit mental I have to admit that I do.

I'd be surprised if there hadn't been a few complaints to admin after the posts on the trollpit over the last 2 days. The 2 sites did have an attachment and some people from may have been posting on there. If guest posting is still allowed in the hall of shame it may just transfer over there and start again.
The troll pit served a purpose on here as a separate part of the site but not as a stand alone and certainly not with guest posters. This site attracted people who were pissed off with the rules on POF long before any troll pit was in place. Rather than attack the petty rules on POF people started attacking one another.
That happened long before any troll pit or troll pit site was set up.
