Does drinking cocktails in the Sports Bar after a heavy session of shoe shopping count as exercise?

I've always enjoyed training the chest down the gym, but since I got my multi-gym, I've found that I enjoy doing a combination of shoulders and back more. It's probably because I alternate the two during that hour or so - I only have four chest exercises, and it's over before it's begun.....

I hate training my legs....

Fecking nightmare at times :D
Before you criticise someone, walk a mile in their shoes. That way when you criticise them, you're a mile away from them, and you've got their shoes!
