SJ by your photos I'd say your nose is lovely and you're a beautiful woman so you have nothing to change. I've got the opposite problem with the boobs, and in my darkest moments I feel I'd like a boob job, and I think many of us feel we'd like to be prettier so none of us are happy with what we've got which I think is so sad cos actually we really shouldn't put so much stock on our looks and bodies.

dunno how you can sleep on your front, think its just paranoia that men might try to get at your assets when asleep that makes you do it.
At the end of the day a guy will either accept you as is or find someone else. I prefer big boobs but didn't stop me having a relationship with someone nearly flat chested. I'd have liked her to get a boob job but it was up to her, her body, she was like that when we got together. I accepted the package.
Again, if my girl suddenly came back without warning with botox lips and I thought she looked like a cartoon character. I doubt we'd be together for much longer. As pain says, all the implications need thinking through.

Technically, I've had cosmetic surgery, I had a squint straightened when I was 20. Both eyes are now (more or less) pointing in the same direction.

If I had the money I'd have a tummy tuck without question and would consider a boob lift.

So she could do what she liked with her body, as long as she consulted you first for your approval?
