1 1/2 oz. Amaretto
4 oz. Orange juice- cold
6 oz. Draft Budweiser
Serve in frosty mug.

BLOODY MARY
1 1/2 oz. Vodka
6 oz. Tomato juice
1/2 teaspoon Worcheshire sauce
Dash salt
Dash Pepper
Dash celery salt
Tabasco sauce to taste
Serve over ice in 12 oz. Tom Collins glass shaken.

PIKE COUNTY PINA COLADA
2 oz. UV Coconut Vodka
6 oz. Pineapple Juice
Serve over ice in 12 oz Tom Collins glass. May also be blened with fresh frozen fruit for a smoothie.

THREE DAY HAZE

2 oz. Hypnotic Vodka
Splash Blue Maui for color
4 oz. Pineapple juice- well shaken
Splash Sloe gin for color
This drink is layered in a Tom Collins glass over ice. Pour Hypnotic over ice. Swirl Maui into Hypnotic until colors blend. Slowy turn glass in hand while layering pineapple juice over Hypnotic. Slowly swirl Sloe gin, layering over pineapple juice.

NEBO JUICE
(The tip-getter)
1 Gallon
4 oz Orange Tequila
2 oz Gin
4 oz Peach Rum
2 oz Mango Rum
4 oz Berry Vodka
4 oz Raspberry Vodka
2 oz Triple Sec
12 oz Bud Lite
2 Can white soda (24 oz)
2 Cans Red Bull
12 oz Pineapple juice
16 oz Orange Juice
Grenadine for color
Lemon and Lime slices.
Shots: Mix. Serve chilled.
Drinks: Double Mixer ingredients, serve over ice.
Do not attempt to stand after consuming.
(Be sure to taste test)
I generally use whatever liquor is almost empty, or doesn't sell well. You get the idea. If it turns out bad, I call it DILLIGAF shots and sell them for a dollar.

STAN'S COWBOY COOL AID
Fifth of Vodka
Cool aid
Pour Vodka in 1 gallon container. Fill with cool aid. Freeze overnight. To serve, break up slush with wooden spoon. Pour into 32 oz. glass.
I'm not really a bartender, but it keeps me out of trouble.
